1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, together with Ministerial Decision 70330oik/2015, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without stating any reason.
2. Exceptions (Please note!)
In accordance with Article 3κβ of Law 2251/1994, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom sketch orders and any work made to order or personalised according to the customer’s specifications.
- Sealed products that have been opened.
Procedure before work begins: For every custom order we send a preview of the design for approval. Production begins only after your express consent.
3. Return Conditions
For products eligible for return:
- The product must not have been damaged.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with all accompanying documents (certificate of authenticity, etc.).
- The proof of purchase and invoice details must accompany the return.
4. Procedure
- Contact us at shop@kousidisgallery.com within 14 days, stating your order number.
- You will receive return instructions within 1 business day.
- The return shipment is made with the courier company we indicate, insured for the value of the work.
- After receipt and inspection, the refund is made within 14 calendar days.
5. Return Costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product was received defective or damaged, in which case we cover the costs.
6. Damage During Shipping
All products are shipped insured in an archival-quality tube. If you receive the parcel damaged:
- Do not sign for receipt, or sign with reservation.
- Photograph the packaging and the work.
- Contact us within 24 hours for compensation or replacement.
7. Refund Method
The refund is made using the same method used for payment:
- Credit/debit card — refund to the card.
- Bank transfer — refund to a bank account.
- Cash on delivery — refund to a bank account.
