Shipping Methods
Within Greece
All shipments within Greece are made via ELTA Courier:
- Flat rate: €5 per order.
- Free shipping for orders over €100.
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days (Athens: next day; rest of the country 1–3 days; remote areas/islands add 1–2 days).
- Tracking is sent by email when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
International Shipping
We ship across Europe and worldwide via DHL Express or an equivalent insured service:
- Europe: €15 standard / delivery 3–5 business days.
- USA, Canada, Asia: €30–40 / delivery 5–10 business days.
- Rest of the world: €45–70 / delivery 7–14 business days.
The exact costs appear at checkout after you enter your address.
Packaging
All works are shipped in an archival-quality (acid-free) tube, wrapped in sturdy paper for maximum protection. Never folded.
Insurance
All shipments are insured for the full value of the work. In case of damage during shipping, compensation or replacement (for prints) or a refund (for originals, which cannot be replaced) will be arranged.
Special products (custom sketches)
Custom works are shipped after the painting is completed (usually 2–3 weeks from the order). The total time to delivery is therefore ~2–4 weeks (Greece) or 3–5 weeks (international shipping).
Customs (outside the EU)
For orders outside the European Union, local customs duties and import VAT may apply — these are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the order price.
