1. Introduction
These terms govern the use of kousidisgallery.com and the supply of artworks by Panagiotis Kousidis (“the Business” or “Kousidis Gallery”). Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Products and prices
- All works are original and unique — there are no copies.
- Prices are stated in EURO. They do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.
- We reserve the right to change prices — the price in effect at the time of the order always applies.
- Late payment: default interest in accordance with the law.
3. Order Process
The order is completed when you receive confirmation by email. In case of unavailability, the Business will contact you for an alternative or a refund.
4. Custom sketch orders
For made-to-order commissions (custom sketches):
- The order requires a 50% deposit for work to begin.
- The remaining 50% is paid before shipping.
- At the start, a preview of the design is sent for approval.
- Minor changes are made by agreement. Composition changes after work has begun are not accepted.
- Custom works are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 3κβ of Law 2251/1994).
5. Intellectual Property
All works are the intellectual property of the artist Panos Kousidis. Purchasing a work grants you physical possession only. Reproduction, commercial exploitation or public display require the artist’s written permission.
6. Liability
The Business is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products. Liability is limited to the amount of the order.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Greek law applies. The Courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.
8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution (ODR)
In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, you may file a complaint on the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:
