Introduction<\/h2>\n<p>These terms govern the use of kousidisgallery.com and the supply of artworks by <strong>Panagiotis Kousidis<\/strong> (&#8220;the Business&#8221; or &#8220;Kousidis Gallery&#8221;). Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Products and prices<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All works are original and unique \u2014 there are no copies.<\/li>\n<li>Prices are stated in EURO. They do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.<\/li>\n<li>We reserve the right to change prices \u2014 the price in effect at the time of the order always applies.<\/li>\n<li>Late payment: default interest in accordance with the law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Order Process<\/h2>\n<p>The order is completed when you receive confirmation by email. In case of unavailability, the Business will contact you for an alternative or a refund.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Custom sketch orders<\/h2>\n<p>For made-to-order commissions (custom sketches):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The order requires a 50% deposit for work to begin.<\/li>\n<li>The remaining 50% is paid before shipping.<\/li>\n<li>At the start, a preview of the design is sent for approval.<\/li>\n<li>Minor changes are made by agreement. Composition changes after work has begun are not accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Custom works are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 3\u03ba\u03b2 of Law 2251\/1994).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n<p>All works are the intellectual property of the artist <strong>Panos Kousidis<\/strong>. Purchasing a work grants you physical possession only. Reproduction, commercial exploitation or public display require the artist&#8217;s written permission.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Liability<\/h2>\n<p>The Business is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products. Liability is limited to the amount of the order.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n<p>Greek law applies. The Courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.<\/p>\n<h2>8.
